Safety is our 1st consideration. It is our primary goal to provide safe and healthy work environments for all employees and subcontractors.

Our Safety Management System is  AS/NZS 4801 compliant and is built around the continuous improvement of safety policies, processes and procedures. All employees and subcontractors are safety inducted and receive ongoing training to ensure they know and understand their obligations and can personally support safe work practices on all of our sites and offices.

Wilco is also pre-qualified through Avetta and CM3.

Health and safety goes beyond having procedures and processes in place. We believe it’s about creating a culture of care.
