A proud day for Wilco

Wilco Director Tim Bidstrup had the honour of signing off Whadjuk Nyoongar man Sam Vale’s apprenticeship completion documentation this week.

The Wilco Team extend our sincere C O N G R A T U L A T I O N S to Sam for this exciting milestone moment and proud achievement.

Sam began his journey with Wilco as a mature age apprentice in 2017 (as pictured with Director Frank Mitchell below). Sam will always hold a special place in our Koort (heart), as he was our first apprentice onboarded as part of our commitment to employing 20 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men and women by 2020 and now our first to complete!

We are incredibly proud of his dedication and achievements throughout his apprenticeship and look forward to seeing him thrive in his trade as a fully qualified A-Grade Electrician!
